This School was established by the Ramjas Foundation in 1971. It is a co-educational, unaided English Medium school ideally located on Pusa Road, the heart of Delhi. It is recognised by the Directorate of Education, Delhi and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). |

An 'Intel-Teach to
the Future Programme' In Service Program was held for
sixty teachers on 27th ans 28th February 2007 in Ramjas
School, Pusa Road by Mrs. Mohini Bindra, Ms. M. Sharada
and Mrs. Shyamala Rao.. The workshop aimed at enhancing and
updating the teaching skills of teachers. It also
prepared them to take up project-based learning in the
classroom... |

Ramjas School,
Pusa Road hosted the Ramjas Inter - School English
Debate and the Ramjas Inter - School Hindi Debate,
2007. Ten teams who qualified the preliminary rounds in
each category made to the finals that were held at
Rai Kedar Nath Auditorium on 4th and 5th December 2007. |

Like every year, this year also the Each One Teach One programme was organised in the school. Students of the school worked hard to make it a success. They made one hundred and seventy three learners literate.. |

Hemant
Sharma of Class X has secured the first
position in the Delhi State(Under 15) Open Chess
Championship and in the Delhi state ( U -16) Open Rapid
Chess Championship.He had also participated in the 35th
National Junior Chess Championship and in the 4th Dubai
Junior Chess Championship and secured third position in
the under -14 category. |

Besides
inter-house events, the school also regularly organizes
inter class events. For Christmas, an Art and craft
activity was organised where one day workshop was
conducted a week before for students of classes from
Class VI to VIII by the art teacher where they learnt to
make decorative items. The classes then decorated their
rooms for the Best Classroom decoration Activity. |
