It was a moment of immense pride for every Indian when Chandrayaan-3 landed successfully on Moon’s South Pole on 23rd August 2023 at 6:04 pm. Launched on14th July 2023 at 2:35 pm on a GSLV Mark 3 (LVM 3) heavy lift launch vehicle from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota,the mission marked the successful culmination of years of hard work of a dedicated team of scientists demonstrated by the soft lunar landing and rover mobility.The students and faculty members of the school re-witnessed this historic moment by organizing the screening of Chandrayaan-3 landing on the moon in the school. It was an overwhelming session which filled each and everyone present with pride.
