A Wall Hanging Making Activity was organised by Ramjas School, Pusa Road, on 14 August 2023, as part of the Independence Day celebrations, for Class 8 students. The activity aimed to educate students about the significance of the Ashok Chakra and its representation in the Indian National Flag.

The resource person, Ms Harvinder Kaur, explained ways of making the best out of waste, using materials like unused CDs, bio-degradable woollen and cotton threads and decorative material. The students were shown various samples by the instructor and under her guidance they created beautiful tri-coloured wall hangings.
